En geloof me: wie <em>rijst<\/em> zegt, zegt <em>Tilda<\/em>. <br>Tilda is geen gewone rijst \u2013 het is een verhaal. De Pilau Basmati is z\u00f3 smaakvol dankzij de geurige <strong>garam masala<\/strong> en verwarmende <strong>komijnzaadjes<\/strong>. Deze past perfect bij Indiase gerechten met zijn mooie gele kleur en lekkere geur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:33px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>KIP KORMA <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:47px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Bij pilau denk ik meteen aan een curry\u2026 en hoewel tikka masala heerlijk blijft, koos ik voor een iets minder gekend Indiaas gerecht, nl. <strong>kip korma<\/strong> met een twist.<br>De kip wordt eerst gemarineerd in yoghurt, gember, look en specerijen. Daarna laat ik alles pruttelen in een saus van <strong>cashew, amandel, kardemom en ui<\/strong> \u2013 zacht, rijk en vol smaak.<br>En ja hoor, ik maakte er ook nog <strong>homemade naan<\/strong> bij om te dippen. Maar je kan deze uiteraard ook kant-en-klaar kopen in de supermarkt. <br>Op het einde voegen we de gestoomde Pilau Basmatirijst aan toe. Deze rijst heeft een prachtige gele kleur, heerlijke geur en past mooi bij Indiase gerechten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:33px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
