Dit keer ging ik aan de slag met een nieuwe favoriet uit hun kleurrijke assortiment: de <em>kokos, chili &amp; citroengras basmatirijst<\/em>. De combinatie van de geurige curry met de Tilda rijst is \u00e9cht een match made in heaven. En het beste? Deze rijst is voorgestoomd en klaar in slechts 2 minuten. Een echte lifesaver op drukke dagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De zakjes zijn niet alleen praktisch, maar ook boordevol smaak. Bak de zalm en maak daarna de kokoscurry.<br>Laat de zalm verder garen in de kokoscurry. Werk af met limoenschijfjes, verse basilicum en wat extra chilipeper (voor wie van spicy houdt.) Je kan dit serveren met een stukje brood of naan om in de curry te dippen. Mmmm\u2026 comfort food op z\u2019n best.
