Op het menu staat een absolute klassieker: <em>bibimbap (\ube44\ube54\ubc25). <\/em>Deze Koreaanse topper combineert geurige rijst met een kleurrijke mix van groenten, een pittige bibimbapsaus, sappig rundvlees en als finishing touch een perfect gebakken spiegelei. E\u00e9n hap en je bent verkocht!<\/strong> <strong>TRY IT! Het is zooo lekker!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:62px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>WAT IS BIBIMBAP?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Bibimbap<\/strong> betekent letterlijk <em>gemengde rijst<\/em> (<em><strong>bibim<\/strong><\/em> = gemengd, <em><strong>bap<\/strong><\/em> = gekookte rijst). En dat doe je vlak voor het eten: je wil meteen met je lepel door de hele kom om alles te mengen. En dat is het geheim van bibimbap. Alle smaken en texturen samenbrengen tot \u00e9\u00e9n perfecte harmonie.<strong> <\/strong>Het gerecht bestaat uit zachte rijst, knapperige groenten, pittige bibimbapsaus, sappig gemarineerd rundsvlees (liever veggie? Laat dit weg!) en een spiegeleitje <em>on top<\/em>. Alle groenten en toppings worden apart klaargemaakt en mooi naast elkaar op de rijst gelegd. Pas aan tafel meng je alles door elkaar. Het is bijna TE jammer om dit mooie bordje te mengen, maar van zodra je dat doet, weet je waarom dit gerecht wereldwijd zo geliefd is. De saus is een absolute must! Het geeft bibimbap die kenmerkende, pittig-hartige smaak. Zonder saus blijft het gewoon rijst met groenten, maar met de <strong>bibimbapsaus<\/strong> proef je een smaakexplosie bij elke hap. En net dat maakt de bibimbap zo speciaal! De bibimbapsaus <em>adds the flavor!<\/em><br>Traditioneel wordt bibimbap vaak met rundvlees gemaakt, maar je kunt eindeloos vari\u00ebren. Omdat de geurige, licht kleverige structuur van jasmijnrijst perfect werkt als basis voor bibimbap. De korrels zijn stevig genoeg om de groenten, saus en het ei te dragen, maar ook zacht genoeg om een samenhangende bite te geven zodra je alles mengt. Deze kleefrijst is perfect om Oosterse gerechten te maken. Ook koud is de rijst heerlijk om te gebruiken in gebakken rijst bv. kimchi fried rice, omdat de licht kleverige korrels zich afscheiden wanneer ze opnieuw worden verwarmd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:43px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Take your time!<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Eerlijk is eerlijk: <strong>bibimbap <\/strong>vraagt wel wat tijd in de voorbereiding, omdat elke groente apart wordt gebakken en op smaak gebracht. Geef het een kans! Want met bibimbap zet je een gerecht op tafel dat niet alleen heerlijk smaakt, maar er ook spectaculair uitziet. Het vraagt misschien wat meer voorbereiding, maar het resultaat is echt dan de moeite waard. Zoiets heb je nog nooit geproefd!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Dus, zin in een culinaire trip naar Korea vanuit je eigen keuken? Zet de rijst op, snijd die groenten, meng de saus en voor je het weet geniet je van een kom vol comfort en authenticiteit.
