Iedereen denkt meteen aan klassiekers zoals grootmoeders balletjes in tomatensaus of een dampende ovenschotel, maar gehakt kan zoveel m\u00e9\u00e9r zijn. Daarom koos ik voor een verrassend en zeer toegankelijk gerechtje met gehakt in de hoofdrol: <strong>Turkse pizza\u2019s, ge\u00efnspireerd op de Turkse lahmacun<\/strong>. Ik haalde mijn gehakt bij <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/p\/Slagerij-Dries-Kruiseke-100064192358426\/?locale=nl_BE\">mijn slager Dries,<\/a><\/strong> rechtstreeks en vers uit de molen (het beste van het beste). Traditioneel wordt lahmacun gemaakt met lams- of rundsgehakt, maar voor mijn kindjes koos ik voor een zachtere mix van <strong>varkens- en rundsgehakt<\/strong>. Op vrijdag daarentegen het minst. Deze Turkse pizza\u2019s zijn dus ideaal om na een drukke werkdag op tafel te toveren voor het ganse gezin. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>EEN SNELLE DOORDEWEEKSE TWIST<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:43px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Oorspronkelijk wordt lahmacun gemaakt met zelfgemaakt deeg wat zonder twijfel 100 x lekkerder smaakt, maar eerlijk is eerlijk: doordeweeks ontbreekt vaak de tijd. Laat je ze wat afkoelen, dan worden ze <strong>fluffier, makkelijker op te rollen<\/strong> en vind ik persoonlijk de smaak zelfs n\u00f3g lekkerder en intenser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Voor de moeilijke eters serveer ik de Turkse pizza\u2019s gewoon zo, voor mijn man en mezelf met <strong>tzatziki en knapperige groentjes<\/strong> zoals sla, komkommer en tomaat.
