H\u00e9t moment om stil te staan bij het veelzijdigste ingredi\u00ebnt in onze keuken: het ei. In opdracht van<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lekkervanbijons.be\/producten\/ei\/eieren-kopen\"> Lekker van bij ons<\/a> deel ik dit uniek recept voor Aziatisch zijdezacht gestoomd ei, ge\u00efnspireerd op de <em>&#8216;steamed egg&#8217; <\/em>die ik leerde kennen in Zuid-Korea. Iets wat bij mij wekelijks op tafel staat. Het is zo simpel en snel te bereiden: ei en bouillon samenvoegen, eventjes in de stomer zetten en je hebt een perfect fluweelzacht gestoomd ei op tafel: gezond en met heel veel (umami)smaak. Een verrassend licht en gezond gerecht die je thuis eenvoudig kan maken<\/strong> <strong>en helemaal kidsproof!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>FLUWEELZACHT EI<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:41px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Het <strong>Aziatisch zijdezacht gestoomd ei<\/strong> (ook wel bekend als <em>Chawanmushi<\/em> in Japan of <em>Zheng Dan<\/em> in China) is een gerecht dat volledig draait om subtiliteit. Daar bedoel ik mee dat het <strong>gestoomde ei<\/strong> geen sterke of overweldigende smaken bevat, maar vooral <strong>zachtheid, eenvoud en een verfijnde structuur<\/strong>. Waar we bij ons vaak gewend zijn aan een spiegelei, omelet of een hardgekookt ei, speelt dit recept met <strong>textuur en verfijning<\/strong>. Door de eieren te mengen met bouillon en ze zachtjes te stomen, krijg je een <strong>fluweelzachte puddingachtige structuur<\/strong> die bijna wegsmelt op de tong. Vergelijk het een beetje met flanpudding of zijden tofu.  Het resultaat is niet zwaar of vettig, maar juist heel licht, zacht en vol umami. Heb ik jullie al een beetje nieuwsgierig gemaakt? \ud83d\ude42<br>Ik laat jullie niet langer in spanning: scroll snel verder voor het recept! Ik ben zelf ontzettend trots op dit gerecht. Het is zo eenvoudig \u00e9n uniek dat het verrassend genoeg bij ons nog amper bekend is. Op mijn socials ben ik het nog nooit tegengekomen, maar ik ontdekte dit gerecht toen ik een tijdje in Zuid-Korea woonde. Sindsdien heb ik een snelle, toegankelijke manier gevonden om het thuis klaar te maken en geloof me, het staat hier wekelijks op tafel, want het is zoooo snel klaar. Mijn kinderen zijn er dol op en noemen het <em>\u201ceipudding\u201d<\/em> vanwege de luchtige, fluweelzachte textuur. Het smelt letterlijk op je tong! Ik kan alleen maar zeggen: <em>MAKE IT!
