Dan moet je mijn Griekse soutzoukakia met keftedes (gehaktballetjes) in kruidige tomatensaus absoluut proberen. Ik serveer ze met de <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tilda.com\/nl-be\/producten\/tomaat-basilicum-basmati-rijst\/\">Tilda Tomato &amp; Basil voorgestoomde rijst<\/a><\/em>, die dankzij zijn mediterrane smaak van sappige tomaten en basilicum een perfecte match vormt. Om het gerecht helemaal af te maken, voeg ik een lepel <strong>romige tzatziki<\/strong> toe en een frisse <strong>Griekse salade<\/strong> met sla, komkommer, tomaat, olijven en feta. Toch verschillen ze duidelijk van hun Griekse tegenhanger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Belgische gehaktballetjes in tomatensaus<\/strong><br>Mild van smaak, gemaakt van half-om-half gehakt, paneermeel en kruiden zoals nootmuskaat en peterselie. Ze worden geserveerd in een zachte, zoetige tomatensaus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Griekse soutzoukakia (keftedes)<\/strong><br>Langwerpige gehaktballetjes van rund- of lamsgehakt, gekruid met <strong>komijn, oregano, kaneel en verse kruiden<\/strong>. Ze worden gestoofd in een kruidige tomatensaus met rode wijn en knoflook. Het resultaat? Een explosie van mediterrane smaken, kruidig, aromatisch en vol karakter. <br><em>Let op: in mijn recept heb ik wel een mix van runder- en varkensgehakt gekozen omdat mijn kindjes dit lekkerder vinden.
