Kip is en blijft een veelgebruikt en veelzijdig product, maar vaak is er gebrek aan variatie of inspiratie in onze gerechten. Speciaal voor jullie zet ik mijn favoriete kipgerecht in de kijker: <em>Koreaanse yangnyeom kip<\/em>. Het is een gerecht dat barst van smaak en heerlijk krokant is. Yangnyeom kip is een echte smaakbom: ultrakrokant dankzij het dubbel frituren, sappig en mals vanbinnen en volledig omhuld met een iconische zoet-pikante saus.<\/strong> <strong>Het geheim van dit gerecht? <em>Verse Belgische kip <\/em>van bij de lokale slager! Ik kies voor botloze kippendijen, want dit is het ultieme geheime wapen voor die ultramalse Korean fried chicken. De kip wordt dubbel gefrituurd waardoor het een superkrokant korstje krijgt en het sausje van gochujang, sojasaus, honing en ketchup is gewoon <em>\u2018to die for!\u2019.<\/em> Een bommetje smaak dat je altijd kan inzetten. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Vrijdagavond-snack? Absoluut. Partyfood? 100%. Comfort food na een lange dag? SURE! De saus maakt alles en is gevaarlijk verslavend. Belgisch kippenvlees staat bekend om zijn <em>kwaliteit, malsheid<\/em> en <em>betrouwbare herkomst<\/em> en dat is precies wat je nodig hebt voor een gerecht waarbij textuur en smaak zo centraal staan. <br>Je kan kiezen voor de kippendijen met bot (lekker peuzelen!), maar kinderen (en veel volwassenen waaronder ikzelf) zijn vaak fan van de hapklare stukjes dijvlees zonder botjes: boterzacht, sappig en ideaal om perfect krokant te bakken. De combinatie van <strong>gochujang<\/strong>, knoflook, suiker, ketchup en sojasaus geeft die typische diepe smaak waar iedereen zo verslaafd aan is. Het is precies deze saus die de knapperige kip verandert in een echte <strong>K-Food klassieker<\/strong>: kleverig, intens van smaak en simpelweg onweerstaanbaar. Je bent gewaarschuwd!<br><br><em>Ter info: <strong>Gochujang<\/strong> is een traditionele <strong>Koreaanse gefermenteerde chilipasta<\/strong>. Ze is dieprood van kleur, pittig maar tegelijk licht zoet en hartig. Je kunt zeker een <strong>kindvriendelijke, mild pikante saus<\/strong> <em>(door gebruik van minder gochujang en meer ketchup en suiker of honing) <\/em>maken die iedereen graag lust. De saus warm je kort op zodat hij mooi glanst en meng je met de krokante kippenstukje. In veel supermarkten kan je nu al kiezen voor de  kant-en-klare yangnyeom kip van<strong> Bibigo<\/strong>.
