Een bord dat niet alleen voedt, maar je ook direct meeneemt op reis. Vandaag doen we precies dat: we zetten koers richting de kust van Libanon voor een klassieker waar elke visliefhebber van droomt nl. Sayadieh bestaat uit <strong>kruidige basmatirijst<\/strong>, <strong>zachte witvis<\/strong> en <strong>knapperige noten<\/strong>. Maar laat je niet misleiden door de eenvoud van de ingredi\u00ebnten! De smaak is fantastisch! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Het grote geheim van dit iconische Midden-Oosterse gerecht? Dat zit hem in de uien. We bakken ze niet zomaar even aan, maar we laten ze diep karamelliseren tot ze bijna chocoladebruin zijn. Dit zorgt voor die karakteristieke diepe kleur en een hartige, bijna zoete smaak die de rijst naar een heel ander niveau tilt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:42px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em><strong>De gouden korst van de vis<\/strong>, <strong>de donkere, geurige rijst, de gekaramelliseerde uien <\/strong>en <strong>de frisse touch van de citroen en peterselie<\/strong><\/em><strong><em>. Voor dit recept gebruik ik <strong>Tilda<\/strong> <strong>Pure Basmati<\/strong>. Als je mij al langer volgt, weet je dat ik al vaak wereldgerechten heb gemaakt met de rijst van Tilda. Wat de Tilda Pure Basmati zo bijzonder maakt voor dit recept, is de manier waarop de korrel zich gedraagt. Door de rijst eerst even te wassen en te weken <em>(zoals je in het recept hieronder ziet)<\/em>, bereikt de korrel zijn maximale lengte. In combinatie met het kort aanbakken van de rijst voor de bouillon erbij gaat, krijg je volgend resultaat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Lange, luchtige korrels<\/strong> die niet aan elkaar plakken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Maximale absorptie<\/strong> van die heerlijke uienbouillon en warme specerijen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Een nootachtig aroma<\/strong> dat perfect samengaat met de gebakken kabeljauw en geroosterde amandelen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Het is die pure kwaliteit die van een doordeweekse maaltijd een echt verwenmoment maakt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:63px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Een sharing dish voor 2 (of meer) personen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:48px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Hoewel Sayadieh vaak op grote schalen wordt geserveerd tijdens familiefeesten, heb ik dit recept aangepast voor een gezellige diner-voor-twee. In ongeveer 45 minuten <em>(waarvan 20 minuten weektijd) <\/em>tover je een bord op tafel dat eruitziet als een culinair schilderij: <strong>de gouden korst van de vis<\/strong>, <strong>de donkere, geurige rijst, de gekaramelliseerde uien <\/strong>en <strong>de frisse touch van de citroen en peterselie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">TIP: Serveer met <strong>Taratorsaus<\/strong> niet.
