Het is tenslotte weekend. \ud83d\ude09<br>Deze gezondere versie is gemaakt met volkoren wraps, kippengehakt, paprika, tomaat, chilipepers, basilicum, zwarte bonen, ma\u00efs, gaucamole en zure room. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>INGREDI\u00cbNTEN (voor 4 \u00e0 6 personen)<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 ui, gesnipperd<\/li><li>1 rode paprika<\/li><li>450 g kippengehakt<\/li><li>1 el salsa<\/li><li>1 blik zwarte bonen<\/li><li>1 blik ma\u00efs<\/li><li>1 blik gehakte tomaten<\/li><li>1 jalapenopeper, fijngehakt<\/li><li>200 g zilvervliesrijst<\/li><li>1 el tacokruiden<\/li><li> \u00bd tl chilipoeder<\/li><li>500 ml kippenbouillon<\/li><li>90 g geraspte kaas<\/li><li>olijfolie<\/li><li>zout en peper<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>TOPPINGS (optioneel)<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 jalapeno, in ringetjes<\/li><li>zure (light) room<\/li><li>guacamole of avocado<\/li><li>verse koriander<\/li><li>blokjes verse tomaat<\/li><li>tortillachips (voor de kids)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-regular-font-size\"><em><strong>TIP!<\/strong><\/em> <br>Indien je geen jalapenopeper kan vinden, gebruik ze dan uit een potje of neem een verse rode chilipeper.<br>Als je niet houdt van pikant, kun je beter de pepers weglaten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>BEREIDING<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Verwarm een grote pan (liefst met deksel) op medium tot laag vuur met wat olijfolie.&nbsp;<br><br><\/li><li>Stoof de ui en paprika aan en voeg daarna het gehakt toe. <br>Bak het gehakt bruin.&nbsp;<br><br><\/li><li>Voeg de rest van de ingredi\u00ebnten toe: de salsa, bonen, ma\u00efs, tomaten uit blik, jalapeno, rijst, bouillon, taco kruiden en chilipoeder. <br>Roer goed en breng aan de kook\/<br>Zet dan het vuur laag en doe de deksel op de pan.<br><br><\/li><li>Laat het burritomengsel 15 tot 20 minuten sudderen en roer regelmatig om zodat de rijst niet aan de bodem van de pan gaat plakken.<br><br><\/li><li>Proef of de rijst goed gaar is en strooi dan de geraspte kaas over het burritomengsel heen.<br><br><\/li><li>Werk eventueel af met de toppings naar keuze. <br>Lekker om zo uit de pan te lepelen met tortillachips!
