En oooh yes! Dit is fingerlicking good!<br>Maak kennis met Jumeokbap (\uc8fc\uba39\ubc25), h\u00e9t Koreaanse streetfood dat letterlijk \u201cvuist-rijst\u201d betekent. \u201cJumeok\u201d betekent vuist en \u201cbap\u201d betekent rijst. Je vormt de rijst dus gewoon met je handen tot stevige balletjes. Jumeokbap moet stevig genoeg zijn om met je handen te eten, maar nog altijd zacht en luchtig smaken. <strong>Tilda Jasmijnrijst<\/strong> zit daar perfect tussenin. De rijst heeft de typische zachte, bloemige geur van jasmijnrijst, maar ook net dat extra plakkerige kantje waardoor je er makkelijk balletjes van kan rollen. De korrels kleven mooi aan elkaar, waardoor je geen uit elkaar vallende balletjes krijgt, maar de rijst blijft wel aangenaam van textuur. De rijst vormt een perfecte basis voor de frisse mango, krokante komkommer, pittige kimchi en hartige beef bulgogi.
