Heerlijk!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>INGREDI\u00cbNTEN (voor 4 personen)<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>400 g kikkererwten (uit blik)<\/li><li>1 citroen<\/li><li>2 el tahin (sesampasta)<\/li><li>2 teentjes knoflook<\/li><li>1 tl zout<\/li><li>3 el olijfolie extra vierge<\/li><li>\u00bd tl paprikapoeder<\/li><li>5 el water<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>BEREIDING<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Snijd de knoflook fijn en pers de citroen.<\/li><li>Houd enkele kikkererwten apart voor de afwerking.<br>Doe de rest van de kikkererwten in een kom en pureer met 5 el water, het citroensap, de tahin, teentjes look en het zout met de staafmixer tot je een gladde pasta bekomt.<\/li><li>Schep de hummus in een schaal en strijk met de bolle kant van een lepel glad.
