Dan geniet ik echt van een me-time momentje en het is ook nog eens super gezond! <br> <br>Fruit bevat talloze vezels, mineralen, vitaminen en andere\u00a0<strong>bio-actieve stoffen<\/strong>. Bij het eten van voldoende fruit wordt, dankzij deze waaier van bestanddelen, op korte termijn al heel wat gezondheidswinst geboekt. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>De gezondheidsvoordelen van fruit<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong> VOORKOMT OVERGEWICHT<\/strong><br> <br>De meeste fruitsoorten bevatten weinig calorie\u00ebn en zitten boordevol vezels. Deze geven snel een voldaan gevoel, waardoor men minder eet en de drang naar ongezonde tussendoortjes vermindert. Twee stukken fruit per dag helpen om een gezond gewicht te behouden.\u00a0<br><br><\/li><li><strong>BEVORDERT DE STOELGANG<\/strong><br><br>Fruit voorkomt constipatie.
