Yum!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>INGREDI\u00cbNTEN (voor 4 personen)<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> 2 courgettes<\/li><li>1 aubergine<\/li><li>1 kg tomaten<\/li><li>3 uien<\/li><li>1 rode paprika<\/li><li>1 groene paprika<\/li><li>1 el verse tijm<\/li><li>2 blaadjes laurier<\/li><li>1 el rozemarijn<\/li><li>peper en zout<\/li><li>2 tenen look<\/li><li>2 el olie<br><\/li><li>250 g champignons<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>BEREIDING<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Schil de aubergine en snij in blokjes.<br>Bak de aubergine bruin in een beetje olie.<br><br><\/li><li>Versnipper de ui, pers de knoflook.<br>Was en snij de paprika\u2019s in grote stukken.<br>Pel en ontpit de tomaten en snij ze in grote stukken.<br><br> <\/li><li>Bak in dezelfde pan de ui glazig. Voeg er de paprika en de knoflook aan toe, bak even mee.
