Als afwerking strooi je er nog wat crunchy superfoods, pitten of noten over heen en je powerbreakfast is klaar!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>INGREDI\u00cbNTEN VOOR 1 PORTIE<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>6 eetlepels havermout<\/li><li>\u00b1 200 ml plantaardige melk<\/li><li>\u00bd halve appel<\/li><li>1 theelepel kaneel<\/li><li>klein handje superfoods, zaden, pitten of notenmengeling<\/li><li>ev. een beetje honing of agave<\/li><li>plantaardige olie<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>BEREIDING<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Doe de melk met de havermout en eventueel de honing in een kom.<br\/><br\/><\/li><li>Meng goed door elkaar en zet het bakje vervolgens voor circa 2,5 minuut in de magnetron op de hoogste stand. Houd een oogje in het zeil zodat je kommetje niet overloopt tijdens het opwarmen.<br\/><br\/><\/li><li>Ondertussen schil je een appel en snijd je deze in kleine blokjes. (Heb je liever een zachte appelsmaak? Dan kan je de appel al toevoegen aan je kommetje alvorens te verwarmen.)<br\/><br\/><\/li><li>Verwarm een steelpannetje op middelmatig vuur en stoof de appelblokjes in wat olie.
