Ik heb manlief \u00e9n mezelf verbaasd!\u00a0<br>Ik vind het kweken van je eigen groenten echt een super leuk zomerproject! <br>Volgende zomer komt er dus een GROTE serre! Yippie!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>5 REDENEN OM SLA TE ETEN<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>SLA TELT ALS GROENTE<br><br>Hoe meer groente je eet, hoe beter. Groente, en sla dus ook, geeft veel voordelen voor de gezondheid en hangt samen met een lager risico op chronische ziekten. Het advies is om minimaal 250 gram groente per dag te eten. Neem dus eens een lekkere salade bij de\u00a0lunch\u00a0of beleg je boterham met een paar blaadjes sla. <br><br><\/li><li>BEVAT VITAMINES<br> <br>Er zijn veel verschillende soorten sla: kropsla, ijsbergsla, Romeinse sla, eikenbladsla, veldsla, rode sla, rucola. Om er maar een paar op te noemen. Sla is geen vitaminebom, maar elk soort heeft zo zijn voordelen. Zo is ijsbergsla rijk aan\u00a0calcium\u00a0en vitamine C. En kropsla bevat veel vitamine A. <br><br><\/li><li>BEVAT VEZELS<br><br>Sla is ook een bron van voedingsvezels. Deze zijn belangrijk voor een goede spijsvertering. Per dag wordt geadviseerd zo\u2019n 30 tot 40 gram\u00a0vezels\u00a0te eten. <br><br><\/li><li>WEINIG CALORIE\u00cbN<br> <br>Sla zelf bevat weinig calorie\u00ebn, maar door bijvoorbeeld dressing of een flinke hoeveelheid kaas toe te voegen kan je salade alsnog in een caloriebom veranderen. <br>Maak zelf\u00a0een slanke salade\u00a0met veel groenten en een niet te vette dressing. <br>Ook kun je beter geen voorverpakte sla in zakjes kopen. <br>Deze is vaak na twee dagen al\u00a0niet meer goed. <br><br><\/li><li>ANTIOXIDANTEN<br> <br>Sla bevat antioxidanten.
