Mijn allereerste zelfgekweekte komkommer!<br>Ik schrok van hoe <\/strong><em><strong>gigantisch<\/strong><\/em><strong> hij was! <br>Toevallig had ik nog een komkommer van de supermarkt liggen in de koelkast en ik kon het niet laten om deze eventjes naast elkaar te leggen om te vergelijken. <\/strong><br><strong>Wauw! Wat een verschil! <br>Mijn eigen komkommer vs. de komkommer van de supermarkt. <br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong><em>\u201cHet is komkommertijd!\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Deze langwerpige groente heeft een knapperig schil en sappig vruchtvlees met een frisse smaak.<br>Komkommers bevatten zeer weinig calorie\u00ebn doordat ze voor meer dan 90% uit water bestaan. <br>Het bevat ook vitamine C, B1, B2, kalium en vezels. <br>Komkommer is lekker als rauwkost, als \u2018extra\u2019 groente in een salade,  om mee te dippen, bij een warme maaltijd of als broodbeleg of tussendoortje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>GEZONDHEIDSVOORDELEN<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>1.
