WITTE TANDEN<\/em><\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Aardbeien hebben een bleachend effect op je tanden. Door het zuur dat ze bevatten, zal je tandglazuur witter en lichter worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>4. Dat is aanzienlijk minder dan het ander fruit in je fruitmand! Een banaan, appel en peer bevatten bijvoorbeeld veel meer suiker dan een aardbei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>5. VITAMINE C<\/em><\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Aardbeien bevatten meer vitamine C dan sinaasappelen. Met een bakje per dag heb je de aanbevolen hoeveelheid van 75 milligram meteen binnen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>6. GOED VOOR JE HUID<\/em><\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Door de hoeveelheid antioxidanten zijn aardbeien goed voor je huid. Bovendien bevorderen ze het herstel van cellen die beschadigd zijn door de zon.
