class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3 eieren<\/li><li>150 g mascarpone<\/li><li>350 g magere platte kaas<\/li><li>5 el zoetstof (honing, agave,\u2026)<\/li><li>300 g boudoirkoekjes<\/li><li>sterke koffie (espresso)<\/li><li>(rauwe) cacaopoeder<\/li><li>ev. 50 g amaretto naar smaak toevoegen<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>BEREIDING:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Scheid het wit van de eierdooiers en vermeng het eigeel met de zoetstof, platte kaas en mascarpone tot een homogene massa.<br><\/li><li>Klop het eiwit op en schep het voorzichtig onder het mengsel.<br><\/li><li>Dompel de koekjes snel in de koffie en leg ze in een rechthoekige schaal.<br><\/li><li>Wissel laagsgewijs af met het mascarponemengsel en de koekjes. \u00a0<br><\/li><li>Eindig met een mascarponelaag, dek af en zet minstens een halve dag in de koelkast.<br><\/li><li>Strooi er voor het opdienen een laagje cacaopoeder over.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote
