class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 20px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3\/4 cup havermout<\/li><li>1\/4 cup gemalen havermout (doe de havermout in je keukenmachine en laat draaien tot het meel is geworden)<\/li><li>1 tl kaneel<\/li><li>1 tl speculaaskruiden of koekkruiden\u00a0<\/li><li>1\/2 theelepel bakpoeder\u00a0<\/li><li>1 grote biologische appel<\/li><li>1\/2 cup notenmengeling (ongebakken en ongezouten)<\/li><li>1 en 1\/4 cup amandelmelk<\/li><li>rozijnen en eventueel gojibessen<\/li><li>optioneel: kokossuiker (proef of het mengsel zoet genoeg is)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 20px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BEREIDING<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 20px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Verwarm je oven voor op 180 graden.<br><br><\/li><li>Schil de appel en snijd in partjes.<br>Hak de noten in stukjes en leg een paar partjes appel, wat rozijnen en wat nootjes apart voor de garnering.<br><br><\/li><li>Mix (met een garde of een grote lepel) alle ingredi\u00ebnten in een grote kom goed door elkaar. <br>Het geheel moet goed gemengd zijn.<br><br><\/li><li>Schep het mengsel in de bakvorm en strijk een beetje glad.<br>Versier de bovenkant met wat appelpartjes, rozijnen en noten. <br>Maak het geheel af door er nog wat kaneel overheen te strooien.<br><br><\/li><li>Schuif de schaal voor 45 minuten in de oven.<br>Werk af en serveer
