De rijst en de vulling.<br>Sushirijst wordt op smaak gebracht met azijn, terwijl we voor Kimbap sesamolie en sesamzaadjes gebruiken.\u00a0<br>Dit zorgt ervoor dat de rol een beetje zoeter smaakt, dan de Japanse sushi.<br>Ook de vulling is verschillend:<br>* Japanse sushi: wordt meestal gemaakt met rauwe vis (tonijn, zalm, etc.)<br>* Koreaanse kimbap: wordt meestal gemaakt met gekookte ingredi\u00ebnten of conserven zoals een blikje tonijn, gegrild vlees, ham en kaas en uiteraard ook de Koreaanse specialiteit kimchi (gefermenteerde kool).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.healthyfoodmakesyoufeelgood.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/kimbap-va-sushi.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3081\" width=\"421\" height=\"280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bysin.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/kimbap-va-sushi.jpg 597w, https:\/\/www.bysin.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/kimbap-va-sushi-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 421px) 100vw, 421px\" \/><figcaption><strong><em>Afbeelding: <a href=\"https:\/\/thucthan.com\/phan-biet-kimbap-va-sushi\">Thucthan<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">De bekendste kimbap bevat ei, ham, surimi of krab, kaas, danmuji en perilla of shisobladeren.\u00a0<br>Maar mijn favoriete versie is een vulling met tonijn (uit blik) en mayonaise en sesamolie. Mmmm\u2026!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>INGREDI\u00cbNTEN (voor 4 rollen)<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4 gedroogde zeewiervellen (nori)<\/li><li>2 kopjes sushirijst<\/li><li>120 g baby spinazie<\/li><li>2 eieren<\/li><li>1 wortel (lange reepjes)<\/li><li>1 komkommer (lange reepjes)<\/li><li>1 blikje tonijn in eigen nat<\/li><li>2 tl sesamolie<\/li><li>1 tl sesamzaadjes<\/li><li>2 tl zout (ik gebruik liever een scheutje sojasaus)<\/li><li>optioneel: 4 danmuji (takuwan gebeitst radijs)<\/li><li>optioneel: surimi of krab<\/li><li>optioneel: kimchi, ham, kaas<\/li><li>(wasabi) mayonaise<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>BEREIDING<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bereid de sushi rijst volgens de verpakking.\u00a0<\/li><li>Reinig de spinazie en leg voor 1 minuut in kokend water. Spoel af met koud water en knijp de spinazie voorzichtig tussen de vingers zodat het meeste water kan ontsnappen. Doe de spinazie in de kom en voeg een snuifje zout en sesamolie toe. Roer goed en zet even opzij.<\/li><li>Reinig en schil de wortel en snijd in lange reepjes. Je kan de wortels eventueel wat koken of garen. Snijd de komkommer ook in lange reepjes.<\/li><li>Verwarm een pan met een scheutje olie. Splits en klop de eieren en bak afzonderlijk het eiwit en het eigeel in een platte omelet. Laat de witte en gele omelet eventjes afkoelen en snij in lange reepjes (lengte van je zeewiervellen).<\/li><li>Doe de gekookte sushi rijst in een kom en voeg de sesamolie, zout (of sojasaus) toe. Meng met een spatel de rijst. Proef en breng op smaak.<\/li><li>Verzamel alle ingredi\u00ebnten voor de vulling.\u00a0<br>Leg 1 zeewiervel op een bamboemat en zorg dat de blinkende kant naar beneden ligt.\u00a0<\/li><li>Verspreid de rijst over 2\/3 van het zeewiervel. Zorg dat je ongeveer 5 cm overhoudt langs de bovenste rand.<\/li><li>Nu leg je de verschillende ingredi\u00ebnten op de rijst. Neem van elke soort 1 of 2 stuks. Eindig met de spinazieblaadjes en rol op met behulp van het bamboematje. <\/li><li>Rol\u00a0vanaf de onderkant (alsof je een slaapzak rolt), druk goed aan tijdens het rollen zodat de ingredi\u00ebnten binnen blijven en je een strakke rol hebt.<br>Strijk een klein beetje water langs de bovenste naad om de rol bij elkaar te houden.Als het zeewiervel niet genoeg plakt, kan je wat water of sojasaus en enkele rijstkorrels over de rand doen.<\/li><li>Leg de rol op een bord en strijk er wat sesamolie over. Werk af met enkele sesamzaadjes en mayonaise. Gebruik een scherp mes om rolletjes van ongever 2 cm te snijden.\u00a0<\/li><li>Serveer met sojasaus om in te dippen.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong><em>Smullen maar!<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>BEWAARTIPS!<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Je kan gesneden kimbab enkele uren bewaren in een gesloten bewaardoos in de koelkast.<\/li><li>De hele rollen (niet gesneden) kan je 1 dag bewaren in de koelkast.
