Mijn allereerste homemade sundubujiggae! <br>Sundubu&#8230; wat?!?<br>Sundubujiggae! Dat is een pikante stew (hotpot) met zijden tofu en een rauw ei. <br>Dit klinkt misschien niet lekker en het ziet er ook niet zo aantrekkelijk uit, maar geloof mij&#8230; dit is \u00e9\u00e9n van de populairste <\/strong><em><strong>jiggaes<\/strong><\/em><strong> (hotpots) uit de Koreaanse keuken. <br>En ik kan je verklappen dat dit mijn meest favoriete Koreaanse gerecht is. <\/strong><br><strong>Zelf voeg ik er graag nog glasnoedels toe. <br>Je kan er ook enkele mandu&#8217;s (dumplings), kimchi, kokkels of andere seafood aan toevoegen. <br>Heel vaak wordt er ook inktvis aan toegevoegd, maar daar ben ik absoluut geen fan van. <br>De soep bestaat uit een bouillon op basis van gedroogd zeewierblad en ansjovis. Dit is zowat de basis van iedere jiggae in Korea. <br>Ik vind die ansjovisjes vreselijk, daarom gebruik ik liever de handige bouillonzakjes. \ud83d\ude09<br>Voor dit recept heb je enkele Koreaanse class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>BEREIDING<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Doe de olie, chilivlokken, look en sojasaus in een kookpot. Verwarm de pot op medium vuur en roer deze kruidenmix gedurende 1 minuut zodat het niet aanbrandt.<\/li><li>Voeg eventueel de kokkels en garnalen toe en roer totdat de garnalen bedekt zijn met de kruidenmix.<\/li><li>Voeg het gedroogd zeewierblad en ansjovis (of het theezakjes) toe samen met het bouillonblokje en 355 ml water. Voeg een scheutje vissaus toe en breng al roerend aan de kook. <\/li><li> Voeg de zijden tofu toe in grote stukken. Voeg daarna de champignons toe. Laat nog eventjes verder koken tot de soep goed op smaak is.<\/li><li>Kook ondertussen de glasnoedels volgens de verpakking en voeg deze toe bij je soep.<\/li><li>Was en reinig de lenteui en snij in kleine ringen.<\/li><li> Als je een Koreaanse stenen pot hebt, kun je de jiggae (soep) daarin koken of serveren. <\/li><li>Zorg dat de soep pruttelt als je deze serveert. <\/li><li>Breek een rauw ei in de jiggae. Het ei zal stollen in de hete soep. <br>Add the tofu, in big chunks, mushrooms, and egg and cook them for another 1 to 2 mins. <\/li><li> Werk af met lenteui, zwarte peper en een scheutje sesamolie. <\/li><li>Serveer met een kommetje rijst en kimchi.
