Zelfs Aziatische supermarkten hebben niet altijd Koreaanse ingredi\u00ebnten in hun rekken liggen.<br>Om niet te lang op mijn honger te blijven zitten, maak ik soms bulgogi klaar, maar dan met ingredi\u00ebnten van bij ons. <br>Het smaakt uiteraard niet helemaal hetzelfde, maar het helpt wel een beetje tegen mijn <em>craving<\/em> voor Koreaanse gerechten. <br><strong>Bulgogi is \u00e9\u00e9n van de meest gekende gerechten uit de Koreaanse keuken en betekent letterlijk \u2018vuurvlees\u2019. Het is gegrild gemarineerd rundsvlees\u00a0dat wordt gegeten met rijst of op authentieke wijze met een slablad uit de hand en kleine bijgerechten. Heerlijk!\u00a0Ik maak dit vaak klaar als ik gasten heb en het wordt elke keer door iedereen gesmaakt! <\/strong><br><strong>Voor dit gerecht gebruik ik het recept van <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ah.be\/allerhande\/recept\/R-R793642\/bulgogi\">Albert Heijn<\/a>! <\/em>Een toppertje!\u00a0<\/strong><br><em>Let op! Deze bulgogi smaakt niet hetzelfde als de authentieke bulgogi met Koreaanse ingredi\u00ebnten, maar het geeft een beetje een idee van de smaak. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>INGREDI\u00cbNTEN (voor 4 personen)<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>chilipepers (groen, geel, rood)<\/li><li>1 ui<\/li><li>3 tenen knoflook<\/li><li>50 ml ketjap manis<\/li><li>30 ml sojasaus<\/li><li>1 el sesamolie<\/li><li>400 gram biefstuk (entrecote)<\/li><li>300 gram rijst<\/li><li>2 el sesamzaad<\/li><li>1 kropsla of kleine slablaadjes<\/li><li>bosje lente-ui<\/li><li>3 el plantaardige olie<\/li><li>250 g shiitake of champignons<\/li><li>stukje gember<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.healthyfoodmakesyoufeelgood.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/29258128_220217205390565_2970248564137000960_n-822x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3117\" width=\"191\" height=\"238\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bysin.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/29258128_220217205390565_2970248564137000960_n-822x1024.jpg 822w, https:\/\/www.bysin.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/29258128_220217205390565_2970248564137000960_n-241x300.jpg 241w, https:\/\/www.bysin.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/29258128_220217205390565_2970248564137000960_n-768x956.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.bysin.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/29258128_220217205390565_2970248564137000960_n.jpg 860w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 191px) 100vw, 191px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>BEREIDING<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Snijd het steeltje van de rode peper. Snijd de peper in ringetjes en de ui in halve ringen. Snijd de knoflook fijn. <\/li><li>Meng de peper, ui, knoflook, ketjap, sojasaus en sesamolie en laat 1 uur staan. Leg de biefstukken 1 uur afgedekt in de vriezer. Snijd het vlees in zo dun mogelijke plakjes en marineer 1 uur op kamertemperatuur in 2\/3 van de marinade. <\/li><li>Schil de gember en snijd fijn. Kook de rijst met de gember volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking. Rooster ondertussen het sesamzaad in een koekenpan zonder olie of boter in 3 min. goudbruin. Haal de blaadjes van de kropsla los en snijd de bosui in schuine ringetjes.<\/li><li>Verhit de zonnebloemolie in een wok en roerbak 1\/3 van het vlees 2 min. Leg op een schaal en herhaal 2 keer met de rest van het vlees.
