Yum!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>INGREDI\u00cbNTEN (voor 2 porties)<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 courgette<\/li><li>1 ui<\/li><li>2 teentjes look<\/li><li>2 handjes rucola<\/li><li>1 avocado<\/li><li>4 el plantaardige room<\/li><li>sap van een halve limoen<\/li><li>100 g gerookte zalm<\/li><li>parmezaanse kaas<\/li><li>peper en zout<\/li><li>plantaardige olie<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.healthyfoodmakesyoufeelgood.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/20171127_200819-1-1024x1001.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3214\" width=\"243\" height=\"236\"\/><figcaption><strong><em>Snelle lunch<\/em><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>BEREIDING<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Snipper de ui en maak de knoflook schoon.<\/li><li>Draai met de spiraalsnijder mooie spaghetti slierten van de courgettes, zorg dat ze niet al te lang zijn! Zet even apart.<\/li><li>Snij de avocado doormidden en verwijder de pit. Schep het vruchtvlees uit de schil en prak dit fijn. Meng met de plantaardige room en wat limoensap en breng op smaak met peper, zout en oregano.<\/li><li>Verwarm wat olie in de wokpan en fruit hier de ui in aan. Pers de knoflook erbij uit en bak even mee. Voeg courgette toe en bak ongeveer 3 minuten mee.
