chilipoeder<\/li><li>verse basilicumblaadjes<\/li><li>verse peterselie<\/li><li>olijfolie<\/li><li>peper en zout<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Verwarm de oven voor op 200 \u00b0C. Bestrijk een ovenschaal met olie.<\/li><li>Was de tomaten en halveer ze. Bedenk de bodem van de ovenschaal met de tomaten. <em>(zie foto)<\/em><\/li><li>Bestrijk de vis royaal met pesto en kruid met peper en zout. Leg de vis op de tomaten.\u00a0<\/li><li>Pel de ui en de knoflook. Hak de ui fijn en snijd de knoflook in plakjes. Bedek de vis met knoflookplakjes. Meng de ui, gehakte kruiden en\u00a0chilivlokken en bestrooi er de vis mee.<\/li><li>Bedek de hele ovenschotel met verse basilicumblaadjes.<\/li><li>Snijd de mozzarella in plakjes en verdeel ze over de vis. Besprenkel met wat olijfolie en werk af met peper van de molen.<\/li><li>Bak de vis 30 minuten in de oven.<\/li><li>Rooster de pijnboompitten in een pan.
