Ze passen echt overal bij! <br>Ik heb een beetje ge\u00ebxperimenteerd met verschillende vullingen en heb een portobello gemaakt met pesto en ricotta en een portobello met lasagne.<br>Twee heerlijke varianten! Ik weet nog steeds niet welke lekkerder is!<br>Gelukkig hoef ik niet te kiezen en kan ik beide eten! Zet opzij.<\/li><li>Doe de pesto en de ricotta in een kom en meng tot een glad geheel. <\/li><li>Reinig de portobello\u2019s en snijd het harde steeltje eruit. Maak de portobello\u2019s schoon en verwijder de steeltjes. Lepel de portobello voorzichtig uit. <\/li><li>Wrijf de portobello\u2019s aan de binnen- en buitenkant in met olijfolie. <\/li><li>Doe de marinara of tomatensaus in de portobello\u2019s.<\/li><li>Roer in een kom de ricotta, zout, ei en gesneden spinazie en basilicumblaadjes. <\/li><li>Verdeel het mengsel in de portobello\u2019s. <\/li><li>Strooi tenslotte wat geraspte kaas erover en zet in de oven voor 20 minuten tot ze gaar zijn.
