Snij de bieten ook in grove stukken.<\/li><li>Doe een scheutje olie in een kookpan en fruit de ui.<\/li><li>Mix de eieren met de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche tot een smeu\u00efg geheel. Gebruik hiervoor een staafmixer. <\/li><li>Breng flink op smaak met zout en peper en voeg de tijm toe. <\/li><li>Vet een taartvorm in en bekleed met het deeg. Zorg ervoor dat de randjes iets overlappen.
