Een ware streling voor het oog!<\/strong><br><strong>De noedels zijn gemaakt van courgetteslierten en worden gebakken in een lekkere Oosters getinte marinade. Bovenop ligt een omeletrol. Bak mee met de ui.<\/li><li>Reinig en schil de wortel en snijd in blokjes of schijfjes.<\/li><li>Voeg de gember, knoflook, sojasaus en oestersaus toe. <\/li><li>Reinig de shiitakes of champignons en snijd in schijfjes. Doe ze bij de rest in de pan. Bak enkele minuten gaar.  <\/li><li>Doe de eieren in een kom en klop los. Kruid met peper en zout.  <\/li><li>Verhit een beetje olie en giet het eiermengsel in een pan. Bak de omelet aan beide kanten licht bruin. Haal uit de pan en rol op.<\/li><li>Bak de courgette noedels nog eventjes in de wok en voeg de cashewnoten toe. Doe dit kort ongeveer 2 minuten). <\/li><li>Serveer de noedels en de groenten in een bord of kom en leg de omeletrol bovenop.
