Hierdoor krijg je dus de bekende curry\u2019s boordevol smaak.<br>De meest voorkomende kruiden zijn: <em>koriander, komijn, kurkuma, kerriepoeder, kaneel, fenegriek, gember, kardemom, mosterdzaad, korianderzaad, fenegriek, steranijs, curry, gedroogde chilipepers, garam masala.<\/em><br>Verder maken ze ook veel gebruik van <em>yoghurt, kokosmelk, linzen, ghee, kikkererwten <\/em>en<em> is niet hetzelfde als een Thaise curry!<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Curry\u2019s zijn helemaal niet moeilijk om te maken. <br>Als je een goeie krachtige curry wil, raad ik aan om met verse specerijen en zelfgemaakte currypasta\u2019s te werken.<br>Toch verschilt een Indiase curry van een Thaise curry.<br>Enkele belangrijke stappen om een goede Indiase curry te maken:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>UI, GEMBER EN LOOK<\/strong>: Dit is het gouden trio waarmee je elke curry maakt. De kleur van deze 3 bepalen voor een deel de kleur van je curry.<\/li><li><strong>VEEL SPECERIJEN<\/strong>: Gebruik een bom aan specerijen. De specerijen dragen jouw curry en bepalen de smaak en textuur. <\/li><li><strong>SAUS<\/strong>: In een curry wordt er nooit gebruik gemaakt van bindmiddelen op graanbasis, wel yoghurt, kokosmelk, gepureerde groenten, tomaten, bouillon, etc. Door het inkoken bekom je de gewenste dikte van je curry. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" kruidenmengeling bestaat uit <em>zwarte peper, komijn, kaneel, steranijs, karwijzaad, gember, chilipeper, gemberpoeder, kardemom, korianderzaadjes, kruidnagel, nootmuskaat, laurier en amchoor (poeder van gedroogde groene mango).<\/em><br>Deze kruiden worden eerst geroosterd zodat hun smaken vrijkomen en daarna worden ze vermalen. <br>Deze mix kan je makkelijk zelf maken. <br>Zo heb je altijd je eigen garam masala kruiden in huis om je curry\u2019s net dat ietsje extra te geven. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" style=\"font-size:15px\">Palak paneer is een vegetarisch currygerecht bestaande uit paneerkaas in een romige spinaziesaus.<br>Je kunt het een beetje vergelijken met tofu, maar dan zachter en romiger van smaak. <br>Heerlijk! Vooral de vulling met aardappel. Starbucks) te verkrijgen.<br>Maar in India wordt deze thee vers bereid met verschillende ingredi\u00ebnten.<br>Chai tea bestaat uit suiker, verschillende kruiden en melk of (koffie)room en masala kruiden. <br>Ik heb deze Indiase thee gedronken langs de straat waar ik kon zien hoe ze masala chai maken op authentieke wijze. <br>Dit smaakte heerlijk! Deze streetfood ziet er toch ongelofelijk lekker uit?<br>En toch is het opletten geblazen!<br>Bijna iedereen in India wordt ziek en krijgt te maken met de <em>delhi belly. <\/em><br>Het\u00a0klinkt\u00a0heel\u00a0vrolijk,\u00a0maar\u00a0dat\u00a0is\u00a0het\u00a0absoluut niet.<br>En ja.. ik weet waarover ik spreek. \ud83d\ude09 <br>Het niet zo propere water en slechte hygi\u00ebne waarmee de meeste gerechten zijn bereid in combinatie met het warme weer kunnen voor een bacterie zorgen waar onze westerse magen niet zo goed tegen kunnen.\u00a0<br>Het gevolg? verbleef ik in Panaji, de hoofdplaats van Goa tussen Noord-Goa en Zuid-Goa.<br>Volgens tripadvisor was er een bekend restaurant waar ik absoluut naartoe moest. <br>The Fisherman\u2019s Wharf, een typisch Goaans huis in Portugese stijl omgezet in een restaurant.\u00a0 <br>Dit was ongetwijfeld mijn allerlekkerste maaltijd van de hele reis. <br>Een lekkere <em>chicken tikka tandoori<\/em> voor hubby en ik had de <em>kingfish Goa style.<\/em><br>Je proefde de versheid van de kingfish. <em><br><\/em>Het dessert was het traditionele Goaans dessert <em>Dodol <\/em>(een soort stevige warme pudding met amandel en ijs. veel kruiden en specerijen.\u00a0<br>In Goa, ongeveer een dertig kilometer ten zuidoosten van de hoofdstad Panaji, vind je enkele specerijenplantages waar kruiden worden verbouwd, geteeld en verwerkt tot poeder.\u00a0<br>Tijdens je bezoek kan je zien hoe de planten van sommige kruiden eruit zien en hoe ze groeien in de natuur.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
