(Voor je denkt dat dat nu allemaal toch wel heel raar is wat die Koreanen doen: onze pickles ondergaan net hetzelfde proces.)<br>Ze fermenteren bijna alles!<br>Maar de absolute winnaar is hun nationale trots, kimchi. <br>Dat is gefermenteerde, pikante kool waar je ofwel voor, ofwel tegen bent. <br>Als je naar het land reist, krijg je het bij elke maaltijd als bijgerecht of zit het verwerkt in een ander product. bv. Behalve dat hij ongelofelijk lekker smaakt, heb je verschillende versies waaruit je kan kiezen.<br>Ik ga natuurlijk voor de all-in versie met tofu, glasnoedels, mandu\u2019s (dumplings), groenten en een rauw ei dat je er zelf aan toevoegt van zodra je het gerechtje krijgt. No worries! Let the foodspam begin!<br>Naar Myeong-dong moet je niet alleen gaan voor de vele shops, maar ook de streetfood is een absolute must! <br>Je vindt er echt alles! Dumplings, gemarineerde kreeft, viskoekjes, inktvis, groentenpannenkoekjes, hotteok, ei-broodjes, kippenvoeten, etc. <br>Ik eet niet alles, maar toch waan je jezelf eventjes in food heaven! volgende keer dat ik in Korea ben, zal ik het speciaal bestellen om een foto te maken. \ud83d\ude42<br>Patbingsu wordt vooral gegeten tijdens de hete en vochtige zomerperiode.<br>Het bestaat uit geschaafd ijs met anko (gezoete azukibonen), maar tegenwoordig worden er ook allerlei andere ingredi\u00ebnten aan toegevoegd zoals siroop, jelly, vers fruit, bevroren yoghurt, etc. <br>Mij kan het Iedereen legt zelf op de grill wat hij of zij graag wilt eten.<br>Koreaanse barbecue wordt gekenmerkt door de lekkere marinades waarmee het vlees is behandeld. <br>Maar naast vlees kan je ook porties vis, tofu of kimchi bestellen om op de barbecue te leggen.<br>Het gegrilde vlees wordt in kleine stukjes geknipt en doe je in een blaadje sla en eet je op authentieke wijze uit de hand.<br>Zo heb je ook je groentjes binnen!
