Heilige koe, het ja\u00efnisme, etc.) geen dierlijke producten eten is er een ruim aanbod van vegan gerechten. <br>Eenmaal thuis ben ik meteen aan de slag gegaan en deze <em>vegan<\/em><\/strong> <strong>zoete aardappel curry gemaakt.<\/strong><br><strong>Het is een exotisch stoofpotje boordevol groenten, kokosmelk, pindakaas & v\u00e9\u00e9l kruiden + lekkere naan om te dippen! Laat je niet afschrikken door de ingredi\u00ebntenlijst! Het recept is super makkelijk te bereiden.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>INGREDI\u00cbNTEN (voor 4 personen)<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>800 g zoete aardappel<\/li><li>1 rode paprika<\/li><li>1 groene paprika<\/li><li>200 g diepvrieserwten<\/li><li>2 uien<\/li><li>2 teentjes knoflook<\/li><li>3 cm gember<\/li><li>halve rode chilipeper<\/li><li>60 g tomatenpuree<\/li><li>2 el ongezouten en ongezoete pindakaas<\/li><li>200 g passata (of tomatenblokjes uit blik)<\/li><li>2 el kokosolie<\/li><li>1 blik kokosmelk (400 gram)<\/li><li>1 el komijnpoeder<\/li><li>1 el korianderpoeder<\/li><li>\u00bd  tl kaneelpoeder<\/li><li> \u00bc tl cayennepeper<\/li><li>\u00bd tl paprikapoeder<\/li><li>1 tl fenegriekpoeder<\/li><li>zout en versgemalen zwarte peper<\/li><li>versgehakte koriander of platte peterselie \u2013 om te garneren <\/li><li>naanbrood (zelfgemaakt of kant-en-klaar)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.healthyfoodmakesyoufeelgood.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190111_231026-1-842x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3815\" width=\"374\" height=\"454\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bysin.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190111_231026-1-842x1024.jpg 842w, https:\/\/www.bysin.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190111_231026-1-247x300.jpg 247w, https:\/\/www.bysin.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190111_231026-1-768x934.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.bysin.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190111_231026-1.jpg 846w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 374px) 100vw, 374px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>BEREIDING<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Pel en snipper de uien en de knoflook. Spoel en snipper het chilipepertje, zonder de zaadjes, fijn. Spoel de paprika\u2019s, verwijder de zaadjes en zaadlijsten en snij in blokjes. Schil en rasp de gember. Schil de zoete aardappelen en snij in blokjes.<\/li><li>Verhit de kokosolie in een pot en fruit de uien zacht. Voeg de gember, chilipeper en knoflook toe en laat kort meebakken. Voeg de blokjes paprika en zoete aardappel toe en roerbak zo\u2019n 3-4 minuten. <\/li><li>Voeg de kruiden toe en meng goed. Roer tot slot de pindakaas en tomatenpuree door de groenten.<\/li><li>Overgiet de groenten met de passata en de kokosmelk. Roer nog een keer goed en laat 10 tot 15 minuten afgedekt pruttelen op een matig vuur (tot de zoete aardappelen beetgaar zijn).<\/li><li>Voeg tot slot de diepvrieserwten toe.
