Voeg de bulgur en wijn toe en laat de wijn wat verdampen.<\/li><li>Giet de warme groentebouillon beetje bij beetje bij de rest en laat de bulgur de vloeistof opnemen, zonder te roeren. Laat \u00b1 20 minuten garen tot de bulgur zacht is.<\/li><li>Voeg de kaas, ev. een scheutje plantaardige room en een deel van de oesterzwammen toe.
