Gebruik hiervoor een schone theedoek waar je jouw blok tofu inwikkelt. Druk met een houten plank voorzichtig het water uit de tofu.  <\/li><li>Snijd de tofu in blokjes en bak ze in een flinke laag olie in ongeveer een kwartier knapperig. <br>Laat de tofu even uitlekken in een vergiet en zet even apart.  <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>PAD THAI SAUS<\/em><\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Verhit een scheutje olie in de wok en roerbak de knoflook en de gesnipperde sjalotjes tot ze goudbruin zijn.<\/li><li>Voeg de tamarinde pasta, de vissaus en de suiker toe.<\/li><li>Laat de saus een paar minuutjes op zacht vuur inkoken.<br>Haal de saus van het vuur en zet ook even apart. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong>NOEDELS<\/strong><\/em><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Reinig en snij alle groenten, kluts\u00a0de eieren en bereid de noedels volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking.<\/li><li>Verhit een scheutje olie in een hete wok en roerbak\u00a0de losgeklopte eieren samen met de noedels tot het ei gestold is.<\/li><li>Voeg 4 eetlepels pad thai saus, knoflook en de tofublokjes toe en roerbak tot de noedels goudbruin zijn.<\/li><li>Voeg nu de paksoi, de lente uitjes en de taug\u00e9 toe en roerbak\u00a0nog een paar minuutjes.
