Zo lekker!<br>De koekjes zijn heerlijk krokant van buiten, maar het midden is nog lekker zacht. Het perfecte ontbijt on-the-go.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>INGREDI\u00cbNTEN\u00a0(voor\u00a012\u00a0koekjes)<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>100 g havervlokken<\/li><li>55 g kokosvlokken<\/li><li>40 g chiazaad (of lijnzaad)<\/li><li>125 g pompoenpuree<\/li><li>80 g maple syrup<\/li><li>75 g notenpasta of pindakaas<\/li><li>15 g pumpkin pie spice kruiden (+speculaas of koekkruiden)<\/li><li>1 tl bakpoeder<\/li><li>snuf zout<\/li><li>1 tl vanille-extract<\/li><li>45 g chocoladekorrels<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>BEREIDING<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Verwarm de oven op 180\u00b0 C.<br>Doe de havervlokken, kokos en chiazaadjes in de keukenmachine en blend tot alles is vermalen tot kleine stukjes. Let op! Het mag geen meel worden. <\/li><li>Voeg de pompoenpuree, notenpasta, maple syrup, kruiden, bakpoeder, zout en vanille-extract toe. Blend opnieuw tot je een kleverig deeg bekomt.<\/li><li>Voeg de chocoladekorrels toe en blend kort tot alles goed is vermengd.<br><\/li><li>Maak balletjes van het deeg en plaats ze op een met bakpapier beklede bakplaat. Duw de koekjes zachtjes plat met de achterkant van een lepel.<\/li><li>Bak de koekjes 15 minuten op 180\u00b0 tot de bodem een goudbruin kleurtje heeft. <\/li><li>Laat een kwartiertje afkoelen.<br>Je kan de koekjes bewaren in een gesloten doos.
