Doe de olijfolie en boter in een grote pan en laat smelten.<br><\/li><li>Stoof de ui een paar minuten en voeg daarna de rijst toe. <br>Meng goed door elkaar.<br><\/li><li>Voeg 1 lepel bouillon bij de rijst en roer tot dit volledig is geabsorbeerd.<br><\/li><li>Blus met de wijn en roer door tot alle wijn is geabsorbeerd.<br>Voeg beetje bij beetje de bouillon toe en blijf roeren tot de rijst gaar en romig is. Dit kan 20-25 minuutjes duren. Geduld!<br><\/li><li>Besprenkel de portobello\u2019s lichtjes met olijfolie en doe ze een kwartiertje in de oven.<br><\/li><li>Haal de schil van de pompoen en snijd de pompoen in stukjes en stoom of kook gaar.<br>Doe de gare pompoen in een keukenmachine of blender en voeg de kruiden toe.
