Voeg dan wat feta of kikkererwten toe en serveer met een stukje brood of naan. Voeg daarna een scheutje olie en de ui erbij en stoof tot de ui een glazige kleur krijgt. <\/li><li>Voeg de paprikareepjes, de verse kruiden en de knoflook toe en bak enkele minuten op een hoog vuur.<\/li><li>Doe de tomaten, de tomatenblokjes uit blik, laurierblad en tomatenpuree erbij en laat 5 minuten pruttelen op laag vuur.<\/li><li>Breng op smaak met cayennepeper, kurkuma, peper en zout.<\/li><li>Laat de groenten nog een kwartiertje verder pruttelen op laag vuur.<\/li><li>Wil je het pikanter? Voeg een rood pepertje toe.<\/li><li>Wil je het zoeter? Voeg wat zoetstof toe.<\/li><li>Haal het laurierblad uit de pan en maak vier kuiltjes in de saus en breek de eieren erin.
