Londen, maar woont nu in Kortrijk waar ze haar passie voor de Indische keuken met iedereen wil delen door het geven van allerlei kookworkshops, catering op alle feesten en chef aan huis.<br>Ze deelt klassieke en moderne Indische recepten, Ayurvedische recepten en eeuwenoude familierecepten.<br>Bij Sukaina kan je terecht voor allerlei verschillende kookworkshops zoals Indian streetfood, Indische snel en eenvoudig je eigen chapati\u2019s maakt. <br>Chapati is een dun, plat brood, dat voornamelijk gebruikt wordt om curry\u2019s mee op te scheppen.<br>Chapati kan je kant-en-klaar kopen in de winkel, maar je kan ze ook heel gemakkelijk zelf maken met chapatibloem (of tarwebloem), zout, olie en een beetje warm water.<br>Chapati is de perfecte aanvulling op de Indische curry\u2019s en worden in India dagelijks gegeten. <br>Je bakt ze het best kort v\u00f3\u00f3r het serveren.<br>Sukaina toont ons stap voor stap hoe het moet, daarna kregen we de kans om onze eigen chapati te
