{"id":6852,"date":"2019-07-15T19:49:53","date_gmt":"2019-07-15T17:49:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.healthyfoodmakesyoufeelgood.be\/?p=6852"},"modified":"2019-07-15T19:52:44","modified_gmt":"2019-07-15T17:52:44","slug":"bulgurschotel-met-broccoli-wortel-en-feta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bysin.be\/index.php\/2019\/07\/15\/bulgurschotel-met-broccoli-wortel-en-feta\/","title":{"rendered":"Bulgurschotel met broccoli, wortel en feta"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>Dit is en blijft \u00e9\u00e9n van mijn favoriete vegetarische gerechten.<\/strong><br><strong>I just loooove it!!<br>Deze heerlijke schotel bestaat uit bulgur, wortel, broccoli, gezeefde tomaten en feta. <\/strong><br><strong>Vooral de feta maakt het helemaal af! <br>Ik maak deze schotel 1 keer klaar en ik stop verschillende porties in de diepvries. <\/strong><br><strong>Zo heb ik ALTIJD een lekkere en gezonde maaltijd klaar om mee te nemen naar het werk.\u00a0Heerlijk!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>INGREDI\u00cbNTEN (voor 4 personen)<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>500 g broccoli in roosjes<\/li><li>350 g wortel<\/li><li>half blokje groentenbouillon<\/li><li>300 g bulgur<\/li><li>2-3 takjes rozemarijn<\/li><li>3-4 takjes tijm<\/li><li>500 g gezeefde tomaten<\/li><li>200 g feta<\/li><li>olijfolie<\/li><li>peper en zout<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>BEREIDING<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Was de broccoli en snij hem in kleine roosjes. Schil de wortels en snij in plakjes. Was de kruiden, schud ze droog en hak ze grof (hou eventueel iets achter voor de garnering). <\/li><li>Breng 400 milliliter water met het 1\/2 bouillonblokje aan de kook en kook de groenten gaar in ongeveer 5 minuten met de deksel op de pan (of stoom de groenten gaar). Giet de groenten af en bewaar het kookvocht. <\/li><li>Verhit wat olie in een pan, voeg de bulgur toe en roer totdat alle korrels glazig zijn. Voeg het kookvocht van de groenten toe (als je de groenten hebt gestoomd, voeg dan nu 400 milliliter water toe en het 1\/2 bouillonblokje).\u00a0 <\/li><li>Breng het geheel al roerend aan de kook en kook het geheel nog ongeveer 5 minuten op laag vuur met de deksel op de pan. <\/li><li>Verwarm de oven op 175 graden en vet een ovenschaal in met een beetje olijfolie.<br>Roer de gezeefde tomaten en de kruiden door de bulgur. Laat de bulgur nog 5-10 minuten verder garen met de deksel op de pan. Breng het geheel op smaak met peper & zout. <\/li><li>Verbrokkel ondertussen de feta.<br>Verdeel de groenten, de tomaten-bulgur & de helft van de feta over de ovenschaal en roer het geheel nog een beetje door.
