Hello Autumn!<br>Welke smaken doen jou aan de herfst denken?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.healthyfoodmakesyoufeelgood.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/20191113_064416-812x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7177\" width=\"487\" height=\"614\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bysin.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/20191113_064416-812x1024.jpg 812w, https:\/\/www.bysin.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/20191113_064416-238x300.jpg 238w, https:\/\/www.bysin.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/20191113_064416-768x968.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.bysin.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/20191113_064416.jpg 841w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 487px) 100vw, 487px\" \/><figcaption><strong><em>Herfstontbijt<\/em><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>INGREDI\u00cbNTEN (voor 2 personen)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 peer<\/li><li>100 g havermout<\/li><li>handje walnoten (ongezouten)<\/li><li>400 ml plantaardige melk naar keuze<\/li><li>maple syrup (of agave, ahorn, honing,\u2026)<\/li><li>kokosolie<\/li><li>kaneel<\/li><li>optioneel: chocolade- en kokosschilfers<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>BEREIDING<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Was de peer, verwijder het klokhuis en snij in schijfjes.<\/li><li>Doe een beetje kokosolie en maple syrup (of zoetstof naar keuze) in een kookpan en verhit op laag vuur.<\/li><li>Voeg de schijfjes peer en laat ongeveer 5 minuten bakken.<\/li><li>Neem een handje walnoten en hak deze grof.<br>Voeg de walnoten bij de peer en laat deze enkele minuten meebakken tot het gaat karameliseren.<\/li><li>Roer af en toe om.<\/li><li>Haal de peer en de walnoten uit de kookpan en zet even opzij.<\/li><li>Doe in een andere kookpan de havermout en de plantaardige melk en breng aan de kook.
