Je vindt het praktisch in elk restaurant op en naast de piste. Heerlijk op koude en grijze dagen en ziet er ook feestelijk uit met slagroom, een bolletje ijs en\/of warme vanillesaus. Yum! Jonagold)<\/li><li>2 eigeel<br\/><\/li><li>1 vanillestokje<\/li><li>1 el vanillesuiker<\/li><li>2 el amandelpoeder<\/li><li>handje rozijnen\u00a0<\/li><li>kaneel naar eigen smaak<\/li><li>snuifje koek- of speculaaskruiden<\/li><li>ev. noten zoals walnoten, amandelnoten of hazelnoten<\/li><li>serveertip: poedersuiker<\/li><li>ev. rum<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>BEREIDING<\/strong><br\/><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Verwarm de oven op 180\u00ba.<br\/>Maak de rozijnen wat zachter door ze een halfuurtje te weken in een beetje water of rum.<br\/><br\/><\/li><li>Schil de appels en snijd ze in stukken. Stoof de appelstukken in een kookpot samen met het vanillestokje, de vanillesuiker en de rozijnen.\u00a0<br\/>Voeg naar eigen smaak kaneel en koek- of speculaaskruiden toe.<br\/><br\/><\/li><li>Laat eventjes sudderen op een middelmatig vuur en zet apart.<br\/>Haal het vanillestokje eruit en voeg het amandelpoeder toe.<br\/>Roer alles goed door elkaar.<br\/><br\/><\/li><li>Neem het blader- of filodeeg en rol het uit. Snijd uit alle hoekjes een klein rechthoekje en snijd boven en beneden reepjes van het bladerdeeg.<br\/><br\/><\/li><li>Neem het appelmengsel en verdeel dit over het midden van het bladerdeeg.<br\/><br\/><\/li><li>En dan gaan we het nu dichtvouwen! Vouw het stukje bladerdeeg in het midden naar binnen. Daarna kun je om en om de reepjes bladerdeeg naar binnen vouwen. Op het einde vouw je de zijkanten over de vulling.<br\/><br\/><\/li><li>Klop de eierdooiers los met een beetje water en strijk het deeg in met een borsteltje.<br\/><br\/><\/li><li>Zet de apfelstrudel in de oven van 180\u00ba gedurende 20-25 minuten.<br\/>Van zodra het bladerdeeg goudbruin is, haal je de apfelstrudel uit de oven.<br\/><br\/><\/li><li>Als je noten wil toevoegen, laat je deze best eventjes op voorhand weken in water of rum. Hak ze fijn en strooi ze samen met een beetje poedersuiker en rozijnen over de apfelstrudel als afwerking. <br\/><br\/><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong> <br\/>Een feestelijke apfelstrudel in no time!<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TIPS!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Als je appelmengsel te vochtig is, kan je dit verhelpen door eerst een laagje paneermeel te strooien op het deeg. Dit slorpt het vocht van de appelmoes op zodat je apfelstrudel lekker krokant blijft.<br\/><\/li><li>Vouw het deeg in een visgraatmotief zoals ik. <br\/>Leg je appelmengsel in het midden van het deeg, over de lengte, en snijd de brede zijkanten van het deeg schuin in om de 3 cm. <br\/>Daarna vlecht je de reepjes een voor een over het mengsel, met om de beurt een reepje links en eentje rechts.<\/li><li>Je kan ook mini-apfelstrudeltjes klaarmaken om bij de koffie te serveren.
