Euh\u2026 kakia\u2026 wat?<br>Toen ik deze naam voor het eerst las, had ik geen idee van de uitspraak en sprak ik het uit op zijn Frans! Oeps!<br>Maar in het Japans klinkt het zooooveel leuker! [\u1d0b\u1d00\u1d00-\u1d0b\u026a\u1d07-\u1d0a\u1d00\u1d00-\u1d0b\u026a\u1d07]<br>Geef toe\u2026 als je dit zegt, heb je toch een beetje het gevoel dat je vloeiend Japans spreekt? soort tempura dat bestaat uit zeer fijn gesneden groenten met (of zonder) zeevruchten.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:49px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Japanse kakiage <\/strong>is een soort <em>tempura<\/em> dat bestaat uit gefrituurde groenten met (of zonder) zeevruchten.<br>Het verschil met tempura (groenten in grote stukken) zijn de <em>zeer fijn gesneden ingredi\u00ebnten<\/em> bij <strong>kakiage<\/strong>.<br>Mijn versie bestaat uit zoete aardappel, ui, paprika, wortel, prei, lente-ui en scampi\u2019s. <br>Maar je kan voor deze snack eender welke groenten en combinaties gebruiken.<br>Deze Japanse snack smaakt knapperig en wordt geserveerd met zout en een lekkere dipsaus bv. sojasaus.<br>Voor de feestdagen mag het iets specialer zijn dus serveer ik mijn kakiage met een <strong>pittige honing-mosterddip<\/strong> van <strong><em>Maille.<\/em><\/strong> Zo lekker!<br>Ik werkte de kakiage af met de <em>seaweed flakes <\/em>van <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.millmortar.com\/v\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.millmortar.com\/v\" target=\"_blank\" block;\">Maak alle groenten schoon en snijd de wortel, wit van prei, paprika en zoete aardappel in julienne. Halveer de ui en snijd in kleine halve ringen. Zorg dat de juliennereepjes en uienringen niet te lang zijn. Roer een paar keer om met een lepel zodat de bloem zich kan verspreiden tussen de groenten.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7806-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Doe de bloem, het ma\u00efszetmeel, snuf zout en eierdooier in een kom voor het beslag. Voeg 125 ml ijskoud water (bij voorkeur spuitwater) toe en roer voorzichtig om.Maak de eierdooier los met behulp van een vork of eetstokjes en roer alles om.Let op! Roer niet teveel zodat het beslag luchtig blijft.Het heeft niet dat er grote klonters in het beslag te zien zijn.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7806-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Giet het beslag bij je fijngesneden ingredi\u00ebnten en roer opnieuw voorzicht een paar keer om. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7806-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Neem je frituurpan en verhit tot een temperatuur van 180\u00b0C. (*)Neem een eetlepel in de ene hand en stokjes (of een knijptang) in de andere hand en maak een kakiage nestje. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de kakiage mooi oogt en alle smaken bevat.  Doe de frituurmand in de ketel en laat kort frituren tot de kakiage een mooi goudbruin kleurtje heeft. Laat uitlekken op een vel keukenpapier.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7806-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Doe alle ingredi\u00ebnten voor de honing-mosterddip in een kom en roer goed. Proef regematig en voeg naar smaak meer mosterd toe als je van pittig houdt of meer honing als je het liever wat zoeter wil.
