Het is <em>time to shine <\/em>voor de Koreaanse keuken, want onbekend maakt onbemind. We beginnen met \u00e9\u00e9n van de meest gekende (niet pikante) gerechten, nl. BULGOGI en betekent letterlijk vertaald &#8216;vuurvlees&#8217;.<\/strong> <strong>Bulgogi is gegrild gemarineerd rundsvlees\u00a0en wordt gegeten met rijst of op authentieke wijze met een slablad uit de hand. Koreanen fermenteren veel oa. radijzen, komkommers, maar het allerbekendste bijgerecht is het nationale gerecht <strong><em>KIMCHI.<\/em><\/strong> Dat is gefermenteerde, pikante Chinese kool waar je even moet aan wennen qua smaak, want je kan het met niets vergelijken. Ofwel lust je het, ofwel lust je het niet. Maar je kan het maar beter lusten, want het wordt doorheen de dag bij elke maaltijd geserveerd. \ud83d\ude09<br>Als West-Vlaming heeft het toch een tijdje geduurd vooraleer ik het lustte, maar nu kan ik geen enkel Koreaans gerecht eten zonder deze nationale winnaar. Doe ze bij de rest in de kom.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8081-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Voeg de sojasaus, bruine suiker, sesamolie, rijstazijn, mirin, peper en zout toe en meng goed. Zet even in de koelkast om te marineren. (Minimum 30 minuten, bij voorkeur enkele uren)<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8081-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Doe een beetje olie in een bakpan en bak of grill de bulgogi kort gaar. Let op! Bak de bulgogi niet te lang anders worden ze te taai.
