Een periode dat bestaat uit veel en lekker eten. Gezellig tafelen doen we tijdens deze periode vaak met fondue, gourmet, teppanyaki, gevulde kalkoen, rosbief, heerlijke koude schotels, enz. Elke familie heeft zijn eigen tradities met vaste klassiekers die elk jaar terug op tafel worden getoverd en heel wat herinneringen met zich meebrengen. Maar durf jij dit jaar eens af te wijken van jouw tradities? Durf jij jouw gasten eens iets totaal anders voor te schotelen? Wat denk je van deze Afrikaanse vis met saffraanrijst en een heerlijke groentensalade? Dit gerechtje is ge\u00efnspireerd op mijn favoriete visgerecht uit Senegal en Ivoorkust. Looove it!<br>Mijn versie bestaat uit een flinke portie <em>saffraanrijst<\/em> (saffraan en kurkuma zorgen voor de gele kleur en maken het gerecht net een tikkeltje feestelijker), daarop de heerlijke met <strong>Maille mosterd<\/strong> gemarineerde <em>uiensaus<\/em>, een laagje <em>gestoofde paprika\u2019s <\/em>en een heerlijk gebakken stukje <em>visfilet<\/em>. Versieren doe je met <em>zwarte olijfjes, verse kruiden <\/em>en een <em>schijfje citroen<\/em>. Dit ziet er best feestelijk uit, toch? En voor wie niet wil afwijken van zijn vaste traditionele gerechten, kan deze Afrikaanse topper tussen Kerst en Nieuwjaar op tafel toveren voor het hele gezin. So.. Op deze salade ben ik verliefd geworden tijdens mijn bezoekjes aan medefoodie<strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/deslooveredominique\/\"> Dominique Desloovere<\/a> <\/em><\/strong>in <strong>Ivoorkust.<\/strong> Door haar heb ik mijn favoriete Ivoriaanse gerecht \u2018Poisson Brais\u00e9 leren kennen en dat werd telkens geserveerd met attiek\u00e9 (couscous van cassave) en deze heerlijke groentensalade. Zalig! Zo\u2019n muzikale dag wordt ALTIJD afgesloten met een heerlijke Senegalese maaltijd nl. Yassa au Poulet, met veel liefde bereid door mijn lieve vriendin Liesbet. Zij leerde mij kennismaken met de Senegalese keuken en ik ben sindsdien verliefd geworden op alle Senegalese gerechten. <br><strong>TIP<\/strong>: Traditioneel wordt dit gerecht geserveerd in een grote schaal en eten we met z\u2019n allen uit dezelfde schaal. Super gezellig! Door de huidige coronamaatregelen is het voorlopig aangeraden om deze maaltijd per portie te serveren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:58px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
