Vandaar dat dit niet pikant of vreemde smaken bevat. Iedereen lust het omdat het herkenbare smaken zijn uit onze eigen keuken: gehakt, groentjes, ketchup,&#8230;<\/strong><br><strong>Dit keer ga ik voor een op-en-top Koreaans gerechtje met een zeer kenmerkend ingredi\u00ebnt uit de Koreaanse keuken nl. <em>KIMCHI. <\/em>Benieuwd naar mijn creatie?<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit keer vroeg<strong> <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tilda.com\/nl-be\/producten\/geurige-jasmijn-rijst\/\">Tilda<\/a><\/em><\/strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tilda.com\/nl-be\/producten\/geurige-jasmijn-rijst\/\"> <\/a><\/em>om een Koreaans receptje te maken met de <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tilda.com\/nl-be\/producten\/geurige-jasmijn-rijst\/\"><strong>Tilda Fragrant Jasmine rice.<\/strong><\/a><\/em><br>Wist je trouwens dat deze rijst<strong> <em>glutenvrij, vegan<\/em> en<em> vegetarisch<\/em><\/strong><em> is?<\/em><br>Deze geurige jasmijn rijst heeft een kleverige structuur zoals de Aziatische rijst uit een rijstkoker. Dit is ideaal want rijst staat bij ons niet dagelijks (meermaals) op tafel zoals in Azi\u00eb, dus slechts weinigen hebben een rijstkoker thuis. Deze kleefrijst is dus perfect voor het bereiden van Oosterse gerechten of rijstpudding. De koude gekookte jasmijn is ideaal voor gebakken rijstgerechten zoals deze <strong>KIMCHI BOKKEUMBAP<\/strong> aka <strong>KIMCHI FRIED RICE.<\/strong><br>Ik vind het stiekem heel leuk dat merken meer en meer hun weg beginnen te vinden naar de Koreaanse keuken \u00e9n mij daarvoor aanspreken. Schep je gebakken rijst in een bord of kom, werk af met zeewiersnippers, lente ui en sesamzaadjes en leg je spiegelei erbovenop. <br>Maar soms wil het oog ook wat (en zo krijg je het vaak op restaurant) en schep je de rijst eerst in een kommetje. Leg een bord op het kommetje en keer om zodat je een mooi bolletje gebakken rijst hebt. Werk af met zeewiersnippers, lente ui en sesamzaadjes en leg je ei erbovenop.
